Kyoto Casual Pontocho Evening Food Tour

We recently had the pleasure of going on a food tour, in Kyoto, with Miki. This was our favorite guided tour out of the 4 that we had taken during our 10 days in Japan. Miki was high energy, and gave us a great mix of culture, food and fun. She went out of her way for us and even for some others that couldn’t seem to locate the meeting point at the beginning of the tour. She supplied us with memories that we will never forget and for that we are indebted to her.

This food tour deserves a glowing five-star review! As a family with kids, we embarked on a culinary adventure, indulging local delicacies. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors. What truly set this experience apart were the unique and diverse locations we visited, each offering a distinct ambiance and culinary treasure. From traditional eateries to hidden gems, every stop left us craving more. Our tour guide Hiroyuki expertly navigated us through the culinary landscape, providing insightful commentary and enhancing our enjoyment. This tour company exceeded our expectations, delivering a memorable and delightful journey through Japan's culinary wonders. We were a little late with our booking request but Annalyn made it possible for the next day—thanks again!! Highly recommended for anyone seeking an immersive and mouthwatering food experience!
