He was fantastic and made the group dynamic wonderful and so much fun. I was so relaxed and chilled as we knew we were safe with him and he could get us all from A to B. We had a truly special trip, during which we experienced so many firsts. The whole trip felt unique and off the beaten tourist track. Our time in Tokyo, surrounded by tourists, really highlighted just how special and intimate the time on the Okinawa and Ishigaki islands was. Our cultural excursions were of such a high quality compared with anything you can book yourself online. Having our CEO open the door into this amazing culture was invaluable to us and allowed us to access many experiences that would not have been available without a guide.

I travelled with Intro to Japan in April 2023. This was my first experience travelling with a group and a tour guide so I had no idea what to expect. Safe to say it has exceeded all of my expectations! It was superbly organised with a great range of activities. Our group was lead by a knowledgeable team leader, Michelle, who became like a big sister to us all, making sure we had the most fun whilst getting us everywhere safely and also making sure we got the most out of our trip by suggesting things to do in our free time. I would highly recommend this type of trip to anyone who wants to experience the best of what Japan has to offer without the hassle of organising it yourself. Had a wonderful trip. Fantastic views, beautiful cherry blossoms and lovely people everywhere we went. The tour took us to different parts of Japan so I felt we got to see the many different aspects of the country.

My recent trip to Thailand was amazing. Ive not stopped talking about it since I came back. I did the 13 day Thai experiance and it was well worth the money. Our guide, Dan, was fantastic at catering for dietary requirements and making sure that our group was looked after. One night I was sick and he made sure I got back safely and checked in on me. The trip was really well organised, very little waiting arround and I dont think I couldve done the same number of things even if Id given myslef 21 days rather than 13! Overall, I really loved the trip and am booking in for the Japan tour hopefully soon!

An absolutely incredible trip in Japan, especially with Zoe as our group leader. Throughout the trip we had lots of activities planned by Intro which was great as we didn t have to worry about missing out on anything. Also we had enough free time to be able to explore and do our own thing as well. Going from the crazy cities into the quiet mountains within a few hours was amazing and very needed at times. Zoe was super fun from the first interaction and was brilliant throughout the entire trip. She ensured we have had good recommendations in every location for food and activities and even organised a bowling evening for one of the free evenings. Felt like we were experiencing Japan with a very well organised friend which was just what we needed! The trip in general was really well planned and getting from place to place was made very easy with Zoe :) thanks for making it a trip of a life time!
