Kathmandu Valley Cultural Tour

Meet our representative on landing in Kathmandu and transfer you to your hotel in the city. In the evening, we will meet you at 6:00 pm and brief you on the details of your upcoming program.

Enjoy your breakfast and, at 09:00 am, start your full-day sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Today's itinerary includes the highlights of the city like the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

We will drop you back to your hotel in a private vehicle at 6:00 pm.

Your cultural tour of Kathmandu starts with a visit to the famous Kopan Monastery. Up next on the itinerary is Khokana, a settlement of the Newar people where you can learn more about their culture. Head for Kirtipur, known for its Newari culture and food. We will drive you back to your hotel at 5:30 pm.

Start the day with a drive to Panauti, located 35 kilometers to the northeast of Kathmandu. Continue to Namo Buddha, where you can see Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, before driving back to Dhulikhel, where you will spend the night.

Head out to discover Bhaktapur after breakfast. Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the Changu Narayan Temple before heading to Nagarkot. Check into your hotel in Nagarkot and enjoy sunset views of the surrounding areas from your hotel. You might also want to go for a short walk to the top of Nagarkot Hill to enjoy views of the Himalayas.

You might want to start your day early in the morning with a sunrise view. Then head out to explore Patan Durbar Square, one of the three durbar squares in the Kathmandu Valley, followed by a trip to the top of Chandragiri Hill by cable car.

We will drop you back to your hotel in Kathmandu after the trip is over. Enjoy a traditional Nepali dinner in the evening along with a cultural performance in the evening.
