Baltra Airport Pick-Up & Transfer to Santa Cruz Island
Upon arrival to the Baltra Island, you will get picked up from the airport and transferred to the harbour in Puerto Ayora. You will be met by your contact person who will explain the programme for the coming days and you will receive recommendations on restaurants and things to do on Santa Cruz. In the afternoon you have free time to explore different sites of Santa Cruz. You can walk through the beautiful dry tropical forest leading up to Tortuga Bay, visit the Charles Darwin Station to learn about the Galápagos’ ongoing conservation efforts, or rent a mountain bike to go up to the highlands of Santa Cruz on your own.

Do Not Book With Bookmundi, they communicate very poorly and don’t deliver what they promise. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT BOOK A VACATION WITH BOOKMUNDI!!! They are horrible agency that once they have your money they forget about the customer. I booked what was supposed to be a 5 day 4 night trip with accommodations and activities in the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador for 1,849 USD about 2 months in advance of travel. Once I saw, by comparison, that I overpaid by 4 to 5 hundred dollars I asked what the cancellation policy was. This was only a few days after booking the trip. They never replied to my email until the day before the trip was to begin. Then they said they’re working on it. I told them they were too late and to never mind. They had not arranged for my transfer from airport to hotel as was listed in the itinerary. This transfer included a bus, boat and a taxi. They subcontract everything out to people who have never ever heard of the incompetent company, BOOKMUNDI. There were only 3 days of activities not five as listed in the itinerary. They misrepresent themselves and falsely advertise their product. Once again, STEER CLEAR OF BOOKMUNDI, they SUCK!!!
