Plymouth: You’ll explore this replica Plymouth Colony settlement through the details of 17th-century daily life. Meet actors portraying real residents of the English village, learn from Patuxet interpreters as they share traditions of the region’s Indigenous people and see a full-scale reproduction of the Mayflower, one of many ships that brought the Pilgrims to America.

Cape Cod: You’ll stop at Salt Pond Visitor Center, overlooking Salt Pond and the surrounding marshes of Cape Cod National Seashore. Take in the sweep of water and wetlands as you learn about the area’s maritime history and the wildlife that makes its home here.

On a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experience, you’ll visit family-owned Truro Vineyards, set around a historic 1830s farmhouse. Over a relaxed tasting, savour the aroma and acidity in each glass as you learn how sustainable growing methods and local ingredients influence the wines produced here.

Cranberries grow naturally in North America’s wetlands, and here you’ll learn how they’re cultivated and harvested. You might even see wet harvesting in action, when the bogs are flooded and ripe berries rise to the surface, ready to be gathered.

Montpelier: Just outside Montpelier, you’ll visit family-run Morse Farm, surrounded by working sugarbush forest. Taste a New England tradition as warm maple syrup meets cold, packed ice to make Maple Taffy, or Sugar on Snow, turning thick and chewy as it cools.

North Conway: The fall colours of New England spring to life on the Kancamagus Highway, a 34.5-mile scenic drive along Rt. 112 in Northern New Hampshire known as one of the best fall foliage viewing areas in the country. Designated an American Scenic Byway, the Kancamagus Scenic Byway cuts through the White Mountain National Forest treating you with views of the White Mountains, the Swift River, Sabbaday Falls, Lower Falls and Rocky Gorge -- reaching an elevation of just under 3,000 feet at its highest point at Kancamagus Pass.

You'll pause briefly on the roadside at Silver Cascade Falls, watching the water tumble down the steep, jagged edges of Mount Jackson.
