Coach - comfortable and spacious Hotel - sub par location in Nashville , Memphis and Natchez - too far from the city centre which meant additional cost / expenditure to get around. Wifi services unreliable, outdated bathrooms ( water pressure in 2 of the 4 hotels were atrocious ) Itinerary - we had too much free time for the cost of the tour , would have preferred a sight seeing event every day , with at least one meal included.

The itinerary was great and the tour guide was excellent however two of the 4 hotels were below average and didn’t come close to the other two on the holiday. The crown plaza in Memphis was ok but was situated near a homeless persons refuge/center that meant we felt unsafe walking from the hotel to the main attractions after dark in the evening. The hotel in New Orleans (la Quinta Hotel)was very poor indeed they never supplied clean towels each day, the shower leaked constantly and the water pressure on the sink was just a dribble coupled with very unclean and dusty rooms it was not a nice experience.

Smooth, Scenic, and Superbly Organized I joined a 6-Day Marangu Route hike with Kilisa Tours, and the whole experience was seamless. The accommodations in the mountain huts were cozy, and the support staff made sure we were always comfortable. Our guide shared fascinating stories about the mountain s history and wildlife. Everything ran perfectly on schedule, and the company s attention to detail was impressive. I ve done many treks before, but Kilisa Tours stands out for their genuine care and world-class service. Couldn t have asked for more!
