day 1 - Fly to Lukla (2,840m) and trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Embarking on an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla offers a remarkable experience! Allow yourself to be fully present as you witness the awe-inspiring beauty of Nepal's majestic Himalayas.
Upon landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla, we begin our mindful trek, mostly downhill, towards the peaceful village of Phakding.

day 2 - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)
Today, we're heading towards Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the Everest region. Our trail follows the Khumbu Khola (river) and we'll be crossing it multiple times until we reach Jangbu. Once we're at Jangbu, the ascent begins. Along the way, we'll pass through stunning mountain landscapes and valleys. The trail gets steeper as we approach Namche Bazaar.
But before we reach the town, let's make a stop at Everest View Point. Here, we'll get our first glimpse of the mighty mountain!
We'll be spending the night in Namche Bazaar.

day 3 - Acclimatize and Explore Namche Bazaar
Today, we're spending our day at Namche Bazaar, acclimatizing and getting ready for the high altitude. We're going on a hike to Everest View Hotel, one of the higher points in Namche and the outskirts of the town.

day 4 - Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,860m)
Today our trek continues bright and early. We're making our way to the Tengboche Monastery and let me tell you, the trail is going to be quite steep and challenging.
But here's the exciting part! Along the way to the monastery, we'll cross these super cool suspension bridges, pass through lush forest trails, and even see some Buddhist stupas. Oh, and brace yourself for jaw-dropping views of the majestic Himalayas!
Once we reach Tengboche Monastery, we'll have the chance to explore this serene Buddhist shire and take in an amazing view of none other than Mt Everest. How awesome is that?

day 5 - Descend back to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)
We begin our journey back towards Namche Bazaar. The trail, which we are already familiar with, becomes even more enjoyable as it's all downhill from here. We'll retrace our steps until we reach Namche Bazaar to spend the night.

day 6 - Back to Lukla
We're heading back down to Lukla. First, we'll descend to Pakhding and then continue our return trek along the Dudhkoshi River. Finally, we'll make our way up to our destination.
