Hello, the tour was well planned and I enjoyed it tremendously. The travelling experience during the very long distance rides was indeed exhausting but having understood that it was to be a ground tour. Most of the cities chosen were charming and scenic. The stunning and snow capped Alps mountain range on the way to Zurich and especially Grindelwald will surely be cherished. However, selection of hotels can be improved based on better security, comfort and proximity to restaurants etc. Our tourist guides Linus and Eva did an exceptionally fantastic job on the whole albeit several passengers not complying to the timing given. Kudos to the Europamundo team. Adios

Hi, a pleasant tour indeed following the itinerary closely. Thumbs up to Europamundo for the well planned tour. There were some setbacks though like missing luggage at a specific hotel in Milan. I suggest hotels selected in future should have good and adequate security. The ground tour was tiring but I enjoyed it much of the time. The tourist guides namely Lynus and Eva were simply marvelous and entertaining as well. Thanks for the enjoyable vacation.

The tour was alright. We covered a lot of places in such a short time. The hotels were nice and clean, although a bit far from the city center.

I feel like there were unnecessary arguments between other tour mates which Europamundo could have fixed or prevented. I liked how the tour allowed us to travel to many different countries in a very short time. The tour is also relatively cheap as compared to other tour companies. Overall, I am happy and contented with my travel experience with Europamundo because it is value for my money. Though there are a lot of other passengers, this is expected in a group tour. The local guides are relatively good and informative. The main issue is the lack of time given to the guides to properly tour us around the city. When it came to the optional tours, they were overpriced and mediocre at best. The guide was good but the time was limited. In terms of the optional gondola tour, it was overpriced at a 40 euros per person. This is almost double the advertised price in the city which was only 25 euros per person. In addition, the itinerary stated that the gondola ride would include 2 singers, but there was no actual singers on the day itself. Another issue was the Florence guided tour and its lack of time. Europamundo advertised it as a 2.5 hours walking tour accompanied by a local guide. This was far from the truth, as the tour lasted only a mere 1 hour. It is essential to note that the local guide was good, but the time provided to him was clearly not enough.

Since this was our first tour and directly used Europamundo, we really enjoyed and liked the whole tour. Especially the way of transporting organizing things in a professional manner and handling everything place-to-place. Really liked the way when they provided us enough time to explore ourselves and our free time to take plenty of pictures and spend our quality time privately.

Hotels quality definitely needs improvement. Hotel Duo in Prague and San Gallos in Florence were the best in terms of service, features, food quality. Rest all hotels need to be lot better. Belstay hotels are the worst. Wifi does not work, AC does not work, staff not so responsive. Dont use Belstay.

Lack of advanced information about the trips logistics previous day resulted in us running around trying to find details like departure time, assembly time. Second no advance notification on dress codes, things to keep in mind, places to use for toilets leaving tourists to figure it out themselves.
