    While I was still in high school, the prospect of a 9 to 5 job gave me uncomfortable tingles, and I knew I had to find a career that would allow me to travel. That concept was not a thing at the time, but I had to start somewhere! I started out as an intern at a travel agency, doing all sorts of tasks back when airline tickets were small printed booklets. From there, I moved on to guiding tours. Now, I specialize in showcasing our beautiful country to foreigners, sharing its wonders and unique experiences. This journey has allowed me to combine my love for travel with my career, creating a fulfilling and exciting path that keeps me constantly exploring and sharing my passion with others. And I love it!

    While exploring Portugal's Alentejo region, I stumbled upon the serene village of Monsaraz. Perched on a hilltop, its cobblestone streets and whitewashed houses exuded timeless charm. One evening, I joined locals in a traditional music night at a small tavern. The soulful music, rich with emotion, resonated deeply. Afterward, a villager invited me to a stargazing spot near Alqueva Lake, Europe's first ‘Starlight Tourism’ destination. Under a canopy of countless stars, with the Milky Way vividly visible, I felt a profound connection to both the land and its people, a moment of tranquility and awe I’ll never forget. After leaving Monsaraz, I traveled to Porto, a city renowned for its historic charm and vibrant culture. I wandered through the narrow streets of Ribeira, a UNESCO World Heritage site, captivated by the colorful buildings and the Douro River's serene flow. I visited the iconic Livraria Lello, one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world, and enjoyed a tour of a traditional port wine cellar in Vila Nova de Gaia. Sampling different varieties of port wine while overlooking the river at sunset, I was immersed in the unique blend of history, culture, and warmth that defines Porto.
