My name is Katrina, and I am head of sales and customer service. I have been working in the travel industry for 5 years and I care strongly about creating excellent, inspiring itineraries that go above and beyond to give you that sought-after "wow" factor. I am a frequent traveler and I enjoy immersing myself in other cultures and experiencing the history, food, and people. I have been to Japan and South Korea many times and I am very passionate about sharing my experience with you and providing friendly, prompt, and helpful customer service. I am more than happy to provide you with any advice or travel tips for you to see some true hidden gems as well as popular places in South Korea and Japan for your next vacation.

Katrina's Expertise

I specialize in creating inspired customized itineraries or selecting the right group package for your visit to South Korea and Japan. For customized travel plans, I am really good at putting together the day tours and activities, hotel accommodation, transport service, tour guide service, and meals according to your interests and budget. For independent travelers, I can offer Japan by Rail packages which include the JR pass, all the central located accommodation, and detailed travel tips. For passengers who like to travel with a group and a tour guide, I have many suggestions ready for you. I can give you a tailor-made experience of Japan and South Korea based on what you're looking for, who you're traveling with etc. More importantly, I am an expert at making the vacation go above and beyond your expectations!

Katrina's Best Travel Experience

Last Christmas I went to the northmost island of Japan and the birthplace of ramen, Hokkaido, with my family. Here we experienced the annual Hokkaido Snow Festival. It was a truly unique and authentic experience. I walked along the canal side of Otaru and enjoyed the views of snow-covered brick warehouses and Victorian-style streetlamps. The snowmen and candlelight made the streets so romantic! I was also able to find some time to relax and visit a local bar, Otaru Beer Otaru Warehouse No.1. We also rode the awesome cable car ride and saw the stunning night view from Mount Hakodate, which were very impressive. I cherish my memories in Hokkaido and can't wait for my next adventure.

Why is Katrina the right travel expert

I love Japan just as much as Japan loves adorable desserts, cute (and admittedly sometimes scary) mascots, and whacky inventions! I want you to love this amazing and quirky country just as much as I do. I am a frequent traveler and I have many travel tips to share with you. No matter which travel style you want or what budget you have, I can always find the right itinerary for you. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to help.
