PremierOvinda was truly an amazing tour guide! Every day she gave us a clear briefing and then also shared it via WhatsApp, which gave me clarity and helped me know what to expect. On top of that, she joined us at many delicious local food spots, which was such a great experience. Ovinda was also very supportive during the activities. For example, while snorkeling the current was very strong, and I felt like I couldn’t (or didn’t dare to) continue. But thanks to Ovinda’s help, I was still able to do it — and I’m so happy I didn’t miss out on that experience 🐠. She also regularly checked in to ask if everything was okay, which I really appreciated because it made me feel seen and included in the group. She involved everyone and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Ovinda truly completed this group trip and I couldn’t have wished for a better guide😊🫶🏼

Intro made this whole process clear and simple from the start. The support before, during and after was great. The accommodation during the 12 days was gorgeous with a good mix of types including two nights in an eco retreat on the beach! Our group leader Matt was the best, he was so accommodating to everyone’s individual needs as well as our group. He was so welcoming from day dot and helped make our trip fun and easy. He had a wealth of knowledge about Sri Lanka (but also other countries) and no question was ever too much trouble. He ensured to make time for everybody and was always on top form even after 12 days of non stop leading and guiding! I really thought this was excellent value for money and would encourage anybody thinking of doing it to book, you wont regret seeing this incredibly beautiful country with Intro.

I had the best time in Sri Lanka, missing it already! Really happy to have had the opportunity to experience such a wide range of what the country has to offer. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful country, and travelling with Intro was really worth it. It also helped that our group had the best possible group leader, Matt, who organized everything very well, and made sure that everyone in the group was having a great time! It was very evident that he’s genuinely interested and has a lot of knowledge about Sri Lanka and the culture. (Also shoutout to Sarath and JJ for getting us safely around!)

The trip worked really well, we managed to see and do loads of things in South Africa given we were only there for a week. We had an excellent tour guide, who honestly made the trip 1000 times better. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to have the best time away. The highlight was obviously the safari day which was planned perfectly and I loved the fact we got to go to two game reserves within one day.

The guide was really knowledgeable and was able to tell us about the history of all the places we visited. The itinerary was good and we were able to see many sights and places that we would not normally see if we had booked on our own. The bus was also super comfortable and the driver was helpful and excellent on the road. The hotels that we stayed in were 4 stars and I would highly recommend this tour
