This was my first time doing cost saver, and I liked that there was a lot of flexibility in the schedule. I enjoyed the included activities. I do think some of the optional experiences were a bit pricey.

Both tour guide LYN and coach driver RAY, we're both emphatic and effective. It was worth it. I enjoyed every moment. It was a greatest 10 days tour, one of the best. It would be appreciated if you could consider to add the BLUE temple in the itinerary. AND also consider free carpets hotels, as personally I have a challenge with SINUS and carpets aggravates them. It was a bit of a stress and challenge on the first hotel in Bangkok, for 3 nights.

Itinerary was excellent and the tour leader and bus driver did great job.

Overall, it was a really good trip and I really enjoyed it. There were a couple of things that I found could be improved for future trips. First of all the first week of the trip which was the northern Thailand bit was the best part of the trip The hotels we stayed out with quite nice the activities that we did were really good. The locations we visited were fantastic. There was plenty to do with both nightlife and during the day activities. I also felt like everything was go go go which was really nice. There was always something to do. And the activities that we did do were fantastic. The second week which was the southern part was also really good. It was less full on so we had more time to ourselves like more free time which is also really good but they were still activities that we could do whether they were optional or part of the trip. The special stay on their dam was fantastic. It was a beautiful location and I felt like it was a really nice midpoint for the trip. The third week which was Malaysia and Singapore I would say was a lot more relaxed but at the same time we had really early mornings. There was a lot less activities to do and I feel like that may have been intentional just because some of us have been on the trip for three weeks at this point and we’re getting quite tired. I didn’t love Langkawi, there wasn’t much to do except the lounge by the pool and go to the beach. I would say it was my least favourite location but I must mention that I was also quite sick with a cold so I couldn’t really do much in the location anyway. Singapore was fantastic though I didn’t think we were doing anything as a group based on the itinerary but we actually visited a lot of locations together which was really good. I wish that had been better communicated just so I could plan so what I was going to do in my free time, so I didn’t overlap. Just a couple of quick things overall feedback wise, I found that there several times we had to leave a location at like 5 am just to wait around when we got there for like an and hour to two hours because we were too early for example when we left Krabi at 4:40 in the morning, we got to the pier and had to wait like two hours before we could board the ferry which was quite uncomfortable because it was really hot and there was no air-conditioning or seating. I understand why we do that because we are a big group and we need to allow time if things don’t go according to plan but if the locations we are waiting could be a comfortable place to wait. That would be really appreciated. I found most of the time the communication was really good from our tour guide. He made sure to post on our Facebook group a couple of days in advance. I personally would’ve appreciated knowing before we went on the trip what we would be doing as a group just so that I could plan my free time accordingly. There wasn’t a lot of detail in the Contiki itinerary. Finally the last thing that I would recommend in improving I went on a tour with three people (we are all cousins) three women and a man I had requested to be in a room with the man but we were denied that because there was an even amount of women and men on the trip and they needed to split us up in order to accommodate others. I didn’t appreciate that as it turned out that the roommate for my cousin was not very respectful. And I was under the impression when we booked it that we would be sharing a room and we specifically went as a group of four so that no one would have to be in a room with a stranger. I did mention this to my tour guide and he said there was nothing he could do. But overall, I loved the locations. I love the tour. I had a really good time and I would recommend it to others

Loved every bit of this trip! The stays were all fantastic. All inter-city commutes were smooth and comfortable. Food was great. All the included and add-on activities were super fun. Our tour guide was the best - super chill, calm, fun, on top of everything, always available to help out. This trip is so different from the regular Thailand trips - lots of greenery, waterfalls, rivers, forests, nature trails, etc. I would highly recommend!
