It was a splendid introductory trip. The guides in each city were very good; the the cities themselves were fascinating. We chose our own restaurants which was easy. The museums were quite spectacular, and if you like art Botelo is a master of painting and sculpture. I must say I was confused about the preparatory organization, since it all seemed to be done on-line; and did not come together in a package for us until a few days before we arrived, but in the end the logistics were excellent. The cars and guides arrived on time at every stop, and the hotels were very good. So all in all, well done.

Excellent trip by bus that even exceeded our expectation with a very well planned itinerary! This bus tour allowed us to visit 5 European countries and the wonderful locations and sightseeings there just in 10 days! Had an amazing time in Japan! The only thing we can say which really wasn’t a challenge as such, was that on our last morning we were being picked up for the airport before the hotel’s breakfast time and we had already paid for that meal. So we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Onsens are always a great experience. All three trips that we have booked with you previously have all been a great experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our tour guide. Artur, was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of Albania. He was always checking on us to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the tour truly special. Our driver. Diu, was equally excellent: professional, polite, and very attentive throughout the trip. He drove safely, took great photos for us. His knowledge of the roads and local area was impressive. The Mercedes-Benz van was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition.
