It was amazing. Lucila was extremely helpful. We went back and forth on the itinerary, they ensured that i was happy, ensured that everything was good to go. Checked in on me the night before my trip started. Even on the trip when i had a booking question. Lucila was able to answer me in just a few hours. They even set up an app for you to follow the route and suggested activities. And I am a very picky person about trip planning - but I would say I'm extremely happy with my experience.

The trip organized by Mrs. Victoria and her colleagues were like a dream come true. Patagonia is amazing, and so are its people.
