We had a lovely time with Europamundo Was worried as we did read some negative reviews prior the trip and we did have a slight hiccups in the beginning but everything turn out well as the days goes. Was worried about whether i can understand the tour leaders english and it was a pleasent surprise that Javier speaks excellent English. Both Julio Javier gave good explantions and stories along the way and it definately makes the trip more interesting. Thumbs up

Everything was ok until we arrived to Florence Italy and we had to go to the Frist hotel this is one of the worst hotels if I would have had my own transportation I would of left I took pictures there was water damage dirty carpet and a fellow traveler even found bud bugs .I have pictures of th how bad it was

To whom it may concern; Can we follow up the police report and incident report that was made by our tourist guide name angeles. It was on lyon,inside the bus was stolen ang big travel bag. Amounting 900 a total items was stolen together with the bag.She promised that she will help us and just ff up the documents in europamundo agency in manila.please help us.wee need to claim our insurance.thank a lot and more power to europamundo. Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.
