Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snowcapped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. Just completed 21 days Europe : East to West with 13 other friends. An awesome trip. A little hectic, with lots of walking; however fully worth the walks and the money. It was an an amazing and unforgettable experience, from the guides want to mention: Antonio, Julio, Gaby and Mariano are very knowledgeable and professional and the organization, transportation, hotels, etc was excellent, I always felt safe. For extra information: I would have liked to stay a little bit longer in each place, and for the optional excursion offered, to make them happen even though is not more than 10-20 persons. beside that everything was great Will definitely recommend it.

Liked the entire plan of visiting 5 countries in 17 days. It was well planned and executed, but the highlight was the tour leaders. Would like to give a shout out to Gaby who was really good with her work, she used to keep us engaged during the bus journey and give us all the details of the place we are visiting and what we should be eating / drinking there which was indeed very helpful. Loved the whole experience- visited all the best countries in Europe, tasted wines, spirits and other European alcohol In cheapest prices. It’s not suitable for asians with dark skin and if you’re over 34 yrs old unless you have a thick skin to not give any reaction to the comments some people make as a joke- only because they are white and still young. Not sure what they are so proud about in those moments. Other than that I enjoyed my time with rest of them. The price was on discount- I had to add on some extra adventures which worth it. Honestly 24 days is finished so quickly. Recommend to all the people who like explore Europe more in less time in cheaper price. Great work contiki, I am on my second one now- in Thailand, this group of approx 30 people is much better than European escapades (just my personal experience).
Overall a good experience. Enjoyed travelling with my family. Ms. Irene, our guide till Venice was cheerful, jovial, caring and helpful. Bus journeys were also comfortable. All the walking tour guides were good. But, Mr. Alex at Rome was best and Ms.Moica Gaetz at Vienna was `The Best with her knowledge and passion for history, art and culture. We liked that bus and walking tour with her at Vienna the most.
