I figured the hotels and transport would be taken care of, but I was surprised at everyone's knowledge and eagerness was truly amazing and I would recommend this company and this Journey to other people. Generally, the itinerary was acceptable despite the very hectic schedule and short span of time. What we realized later is that we could have added few more days at some major cities so we could have explored more and see more of the sights. As it is, we hardly had time to enjoy these beautiful places like Paris, Lyon, Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, Rome, Florence, enice, Salzburg Vienna. Such a waste we didnt see more of these places. We had a total of 5 Europmundo tour guides some local guides. Of the 5 Europamundo tour guides, our group of 4: Daphne Beverly Yu, Abigail Joy Ho-Ong I, Mary Jocelyn Ho, commend applaud Guide John. He gave us the most comprehensive helpful information about each place we visited. Next is Sofia. Very pleasing personality, charming helpful too. Our last 2 guides were Mustafa Jose. Mustafa doesnt say much, most of the time just telling us to sleep rest, instead of sharing some info history about each place or the important structures we pass by. Personally, i do believe vacation time is also learning time. We want to know about the history, culture, of each city. The guides are supposed to share these facts. The last guide Jose was with us only for 2 days. I only have this to say about Jose: he speaks English well.

The Travel Agent was a bit slow sending us information regarding our Tour. It was only by requesting more information shortly before we departed that they told us about My Trip.

Overall, my Europamundo experience and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour was memorable. Accompanied and cared for by excellent tour guides, Gabriela, Maria Montserrat and Julio Magyar, the journey all over central and southern Europe made each day something to look forward to, despite the cold weather and occasional rains. Thank you so much, Europamundo, for the treasured memories.

Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent.
The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.

This was one of the best trips of my life! I had the best group and the two best CEOs ever!!! It’s a very fast paced tour of some incredible cities, and the CEOs did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that we had the best time. Diana and Filip are two of the most amazing, kind, caring, considerate and knowledgable people I’ve ever met. They are good eggs! They made this trip so so so much better! They’re a real credit to the company. I shall be booking more g adventure tours because they made the experience so enjoyable!
