Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. Tour guides were excellent. Hotels were very good, much better than expected with great breakfasts. Would have preferred skipping BMW headquarters for more time in Munich and skipping Svwarski Crystal in Innsbruck for more time in Salzburg. Everything was closed when we got to Salzburg which was disappointing. Otherwise everything was great.
