Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Far too many things crammed into a day. Tour guide smokers and bus drivers made us feel sick . Smoked outside the bus, but they smelled in clothing when they got back in the bus.not pleasant for non smokers . English for some guides not great. Many very sick people on our bus. I said to Monserat that her duty of care for the whole bus means she must address sick persons to place a mask on their faces to protect others.by the end of the tour many people had contracted illnesses. Less places would have meant one could explore a little more leisurely , not rush to get back on a bus to move on .

Overall the trip was very nice with lots to see and experience. It was very fast paced but that is the nature of these types of tours. There was some lack of communication on some days regarding the itinerary changes and start of free time at some cities. For example on day 7 in Zurich we were suppose to walk on a suspended bridge on the mountain but this did not happen. On Day 10 in Rome there was no indication of when the free time would start. I did try asking a few days before hand but did not get an answer. This can be an issue because for certain attractions, you have to get tickets a few days ahead of time and it is difficult to do that when you dont have a notion of when the free time to explore the city will start. The Guides were all very good and friendly, especial shout out to Isolda Shakira and Raid. Finally the Hotel in KITZBUHEL was beautiful but for some reason there were flies in the restaurant area which made for an unpleasant experience when eating the dinner and breakfast. The hotel in BUDAPEST was the best of all. One thing that could improve the experience is for Europamundo to send notifications to remind travelers to get tickets for certain attractions well ahead of time. For example, a few days before heading to Rome, send a notifications to travelers to book any tickets for the attractions they want to see during their free time. This would make the experience less stressful.
