During our time in Berlin we stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East and we left my money belt in the hotel room put a do not disturb sign but a cleaner came in anyways, the beds are made with our pajamas in a different place and someone stole 140 USD cash from my money belt I have a record of borrowing 2 100 5 20 from Bonnie, and didnt use any cash at all on the trip, but the purple zipper bag was placed not in the usual spot when we returned tonight. In the same place was my credit cards citi Costco, capital one credit card debit card linked to our checking account, and our HSA debit visa passports IDs. already locked 3 cards but not the HSA one. need a police report in case theres fraud or identity theft.
We had a great experience on our trip in London. From there we did day trip excursions to various locations in England. These tours were are a bit rushed but overall very pleased. The only thing that was tricky was the tour does not bring us back to the original starting point that was walkable back to our hotel. It would be helpful to plan for this and the extra cost for the cab back to our hotel.
Also, one of the day tours was cancelled but they let us know right away and offered to reschedule. The Claremont hotel in London was fantastic.Location, concierge, breakfast bar and room were an A+ experience and would highly recommend. Michael was very available to help plan the trip and respond to my questions. I would use this tour company again in the future.
There was so much walking and bus riding. We had unruly passengers on the bus that didnt listen to the tour guides. Tour guides were fantastic and patient
I liked all the places I got to see and the knowledge the tour guides shared with us about each place. The trip was all a wonderful experience except, the Tour guide and experience in Paris. It was a night mare.

Our last night with dinner at the Craufurd castle was over the top. So enjoyed mingling with the Laird and Lady. The whole trip was amazing, but that was the icing on the cake.

The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi.
