The trip was absolutely fantastic, it was my first contiki and the first time that I traveled with a tour group and it was absolutely amazing. I can not stop talking about it and the memories will truly last a last time. I know it’s mostly out of your control but a more hearty breakfast would be nice e to start the day. But other than that the accoms were nice was absolutely amazing and I would book another contiki just to have him as my tour manager again.

In overall the tour was good but changing tour guides wasnt convenient. Its quiet acceptable to have 2 language group but ... Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior. River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride. Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.

During our time in Berlin we stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East and we left my money belt in the hotel room put a do not disturb sign but a cleaner came in anyways, the beds are made with our pajamas in a different place and someone stole 140 USD cash from my money belt I have a record of borrowing 2 100 5 20 from Bonnie, and didnt use any cash at all on the trip, but the purple zipper bag was placed not in the usual spot when we returned tonight. In the same place was my credit cards citi Costco, capital one credit card debit card linked to our checking account, and our HSA debit visa passports IDs. already locked 3 cards but not the HSA one. need a police report in case theres fraud or identity theft.

An action packed and well organized trip that has left me with hundreds of wonderful memories and interactions that will for sure last a lifetime. The negatives were far outweighed by the positives. I have traveled with Europamundo several times, unfortunately this time there was lack of coordination and confusion, the additional excursion that we purchased was not known by the tour guide, we had to rush to get to another group to be able to go to the Windsor Castle in England, also we were not register in the hotel in Amsterdam for our last night, we had to wait for 3 hours and travel 1 hour to a different hotel that the Europamundo customer representative (Monica Ritz) booked at the last minute, very poor organization.
