Our guide Anna was very polite and nice. She tried to fulfill everyone needs. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as I did not speak Spanish. She took the time to give us directions and even took us to get food. She was fun to and I think she will be a high asset to your company as everyone wants to feel they got what they paid for. The trip was a very enjoyable one and we were well attended to by your guides Pablo and Maria, both explained things very well and ensured our needs were met. We spent most of the time with Maria and She was super as she knew a whole LOT and in the rare chance she did not know an answer to a question she was great at letting you know shed find out and actually finding the answer and getting back to us. She was a huge part of the comfort we had with this trip. Too, the dear lady lost a close family member but remained with us at a time that could have been very hard for someone to do their job, I felt she went above and beyond what I expected.

Overall, it was a great experience traveling in spain, morocco and portugal. the english-speaking guides were very accomodating and knowledgeable. abdel was particularly well-versed in history.

Our tour was excellent. The Tour Director, Luis Morales, was more than 5 stars. Madrid is a clean, safe and beautiful city. Granada was magical, Valencia by the
sea was lovely. The food was always fresh and tasty; the wine did not stop pouring. There was much walking but none of the seniors complained. In fact, they walked more than I did. The hotels were 4 and 4-1/2 stars but that is what makes Collette affordable. Brush up on your Spanish a little but most all speak English. I would highly recommend this trip. Flamenco night was fabulous. Ole!

We love to travel ,and we love to travel with groups too, because we find this very convenient. You find everything ready and you hear all about history etc etc.In this case the tour was so full, no one gives you a full day tour on your last day, its always breakfast and you end there. The hotels were extremely good, when we travel on our own we dont book such hotels, we always go for cheaper. The breakfast was always very good too. The itenary is full and all tour guides were so nice and helpfull.The only thing I would like to suggest is that,there was to much time in Puerto Banus with nothing to do and too little time in the next stop in Ronda. But other than that everything was so great, and thank you for the little surprise you gave my partner Joe Chircop on his birthday ?? ?? ?? ??
