The trails are generally good, but you should know that the whole trip is generally straight up and down. Make sure you have walking sticks and if youre not used to hiking for several days with a pack you should consider hire a porter to carry your pack.

I trekked to Everest Base Camp and on the way back, I crossed the Kongmala Pass and went to Island peak from Chukung. Me and my colleague from another realm was given experienced commander Kumar with many extraordinary skills including searching, tracking, pathfinding. When you barely see some movement in the forest he already knows this is gray langur female 10 years old, 12 kg, well fed with one infant posing no threat to us.
