Going valley in the morning over 4000m was severe coldness in winter because no sunshine due to surrounding mountains and wind. (Dingboche to Lobche)
It might be better to add 1 more layer, considering the weather.
Since a bit earlier than year end holiday, I could spend more quiet time.
On the way to back, I met more people who were going up.
Mr Bibek, the guide was knowledgeable and explained the mountains.
He was good advisor also for health conditions but you should know yourself first.

I and my partner did Upper Mustang Trek with Himalayanleisure in June 2018. It was a great experience. The flights couldn't happen due to bad weather so we took a private jeep which was an adventure. The trek was arranged nicely and the staffs were very caring. Our guide and porter made the trek possible. It is a beautiful trek I can recommend to other people in rainy season in Nepal. In general, when we reach high, there was no rain.

Ganesh from the local operator organized a Gokyo-EBC Trek for me. As I was trekking alone, I could change my program anytime. I could count on him all the time, so I managed to make a great trek (my 9th in Nepal!). My guide Shiva was amazing: always there when I needed him, not there when he realized I wanted to be on my own and enjoy the fantastic views.
