Visitors were not allowed on the Druk route for a long time to keep them away from the Tibetan troops, but after a period of peace, this stunning trek has finally opened up for visitors, its unique culture, landscapes and beauty primed for exploration.
The Druk Path has great cultural significance, its high ridges offering windy conditions for most parts of the year, classic mountains full of charming rhododendrons, and historically preserved villages offering a peek into an ancient way of life. The clear and breathtaking views of the Himalayas can also be a mesmerizing experience.
The Druk (Dragon) Path trek is ideal for those interested in seeing Bhutan's rich culture and its stunning Himalayan vistas without committing to one of the more strenuous treks. This trek provides significant contact with the landscape and culture of this magical kingdom and is designed to maximize exposure to the countryside and provide views of Bhutan's most spectacular mountain scenery.
Overall a GREAT trip away in Nepal. Our WE Guide from Nepal (Rishi) was absolutely fantastic, together with all our guides, porters, cook and drivers. What an adventure we had, hard, some days extremely difficult for those of us over 60+, but well worth the pain and suffering....we just suffered together!

I had an amazing experience with this tour! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I appreciated their patience and care in making sure everyone was comfortable and informed. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
I loved Bhutan! Its scenery, culture, awe-inspiring monasteries and temples, and lovely welcoming people all added to the experience. Our guide, Sonam, was awesome - very knowledgeable, intelligent, caring and fun. The camp equipment, jacket and sleeping bags were first class and the trek crew were very professional and totally committed to our comfort and enjoyment. The food was delicious and healthy. We added an extra three nights onto the end of the trek to travel to Punakha and the Phobjikha Valley, and are very glad we did. It gave us an opportunity to see the amazing Punakha Dzong and some different parts of the country.

This was the best trip I have taken in my 50 years of existence on this planet. And I have travelled to a lot of places. The time to visit Bhutan is now, before it is overrun by tourists and Gadventues does an amazing job of making your visit one to remember.

We started our trip from Sotikhola though the jeep can go up to Machhakhola.
we didn't expect good Lodges in this trip but our tour operator provided us majority of the stay attached room with comfortable bed. Food was yummy.
took jeep from Dharapani as we didn't want to walk along the road.

We did Gokyo Ri trek in August. Being it monsoon season, our biggest concern was the weather. We were ensured it is doable during the rainy season as well and since we had all tickets booked and everything arranged we decided to go with it and it turned out to be the best choice! It is very beautiful in August, all the hills are green and its very warm even at the higher altitude, means less packing. And for me personally, the main advantage was that it is quiet on the trek during off-season. We still met few people, which was nice, but not too many, so you get to enjoy peace and quiet. It also gives you a better choice for accommodation. Visibility is quite good as most early morning the sky is clear and if it rains it only starts late in the afternoon and we never got wet on the trek as our guide was very knowledgeable about the weather and we had always reached our lodge by the time the rain started.
I could not recommend this trek enough, it offers absolutely stunning views and Gokyo Ri is quite easy to do even being at a very high altitude. And don't be put off by monsoon rains.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a challenging and rewarding trek around the world's eighth-highest mountain, Manaslu, at 8,163 meters. It offers stunning views of Himalayan peaks, diverse landscapes, a rich culture, and wildlife. The trek typically lasts 10–14 days and requires a special permit. The best time to do the trek is during the spring and autumn, with moderate temperatures, clear skies, and good visibility. The winter and monsoon seasons are less crowded but pose more challenges and risks. The trek follows the Buri Gandaki River Gorge, passing suspension bridges and lush forests, waterfalls, and villages. The average cost of the Manaslu Circuit Trek depends on factors like season, duration, itinerary, service level, and trekking agency chosen. Some additional factors that can affect the cost of the Manaslu Circuit Trek include accommodation choices, transportation expenses, and any additional activities or side trips included in the itinerary. It is recommended to research and compare different trekking agencies to find the best value for your budget and preferences.
