My trip to Patagonia was one of the best that I have ever done. The landscapes and the people were something that I would never forget. El Calafate was absolutely beautiful, full of lakes and glaciers. Perito Moreno Glacier is unique and a must if you are travelling to Argentina. I also booked the full day tour to El Chalten, which is very nice but I would have preferred to stay for a few nights in the village to do some of the treks in the area but I did not have many days. I stayed at Hotel Mirador del Lago which has amazing views of Argentino lake. Torres del Paine National Park was equally amazing. Our guide Lucas was incredible and very knowledgeable. Hotel Altiplanico was so beautiful. 100% recommend this tour.

From snow-capped mountain peaks, lakes, volcanoes, glaciers to the desert, Chile had so much to offer! We covered so much in 2 weeks. This trip is the perfect way to see the country and the main highlights. We managed to see to some key wildlife such as Condors, Guanacos, Viscacha, Flamingos, and various more. Miguel, our leader was truly exceptional as a local leader as he had all the knowledge from wildlife, culture to geothermal, he had all the answers to our questions. Some of the hotels we stayed at were great from the views of Lake Pehoe from Hosteria Pehoe to the pool and outdoor area in San Pedro de Atacama, it was great to chill after some early starts.

We just returned from a 5-week trip to South America. The team was AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complex itinerary that included multiple cities in Chile and Peru, a side-trip to Easter Island, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley, and finally Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Peru. The advice they gave and the hotels they chose were truly exceptional. The overall experience was outstanding. Patagonia is a wonderful destination, one of the last wildernesses in the world and a place to be treasured. We really enjoyed the hikes and would have been happy to do more. Tash the CEO and her colleagues were really friendly, helpful and passionate about Patagonia. Tash had excellent knowledgable about nature, flora, fauna and the areas we visited. The glaciers were breathtaking and the accommodation was excellent, especially Estancia Cristina, the remoteness was just what we needed, to be away from the frenetic ways of modern life for a while. The tour was well organised and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend G Adventures for this type of holiday

This journey felt significantly longer than its actual duration—in the best possible way!
