This is a new option for prospective visitors to Costa Rica and one I would unreservedly recommend. The anticipated daily downpours didn't materialise [ though, of course there was some rain ], and we spent most of the trip observing fantastic wildlife in dense jungle or warm, blue seas under blue skies. The hotels were all comfortable and well located and the mix between activity and leisure was well planned.
Absolutely amazing is all I can say. The hike was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it was so worth it. Our guides made sure that we had the best overall experience and I would recommend G adventures to everyone! The scenic views throughout the hike were absolutely breathtaking. The food was really good and we had no issues with our accommodations or travel. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff at G adventures that were with us throughout our Journey!

Get a personal appreciation for the struggle to tame the bottom of the world on this 22-day adventure to the land that entranced Ernest Shackleton and countless others since. Down here, you’ll explore the Falkland Islands, encounter abandoned whaling stations on South Georgia Island, and pay your respects at Shackleton’s grave. Super stress free way of travel. Everything went so smoothly and the tour was amazing. We learned an incredible amount about the country and its flora and fauna.
The timing, the excursions and activities, the restaurants, accommodations and travels were all so amazing, and there was never a dull moment. No wait I take that back. The dull moments is when we went to bed. I never wanted the day to end and I never wanted this trip to end. From the ceo to the new friends I made in our group, it was absolutely amazing. The wildlife, the beaches, the food, the parties, the home stay, I can’t even get started on the home stay. What a wholesome moment. The families were so sweet and welcoming.

The transport and most accommodations were outstanding. The guides were all EXCELLENT, especially Jhon Chales, who bent over backwards to help all of us while dealing with an extremely demanding and unreasonable person in our group.
