My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable. Luciana gave us a very positive vibe - it's as simple as that! Everything was excelent and she did it great! We loved all of it. But the Amazon was great! Our best activity was Paragliding in Rio and the best lodge was Turtle Lodge in the Amazon. The only thing we didn't like were the mosquitos and the hotel in Manaus!

We had a great trip! Accommodation ranged from good to excellent. Breakfasts were included but some early departures resulted in them being missed. Transfers were good and on time. Andres at the tour operator responded quickly to our questions and solved a few problems for us. The itinerary was great. Although Santa Theresa was hard to get to (rough roads, long drive) it was fun to see. You get to see a lot of Costa Rica on this trip.

Everything was booked ahead of time, we didn't have to worry about hotels, transportation, or food (as some in our party were vegetarian)! Mario answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything Costa Rica. While driving to our excursions, Mario went above and beyond by pointing out toucans that flew in front of us as well as stopping to observe the howler monkeys, buffalos, and pineapple crops. Mario also helped us customize our trip by adding an extra day to our tour. At the end of our trip, Mario gifted us some local coffee and key chains as well!We went to Costa Rica June 2021 and were very impressed with the country's covid regulations (we had to wear masks and wash our hands before entering any establishment) which made us feel very safe.Overall, we would recommend Greenway Tours to anyone and happily book with them in the future.
