At 5 am we will pick up you from your hotel in Cusco and bring you to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Here is where we board our train to the town of Aguas Calientes. Once in Aguas Calientes, our guide will take you by bus along an upward zigzag path to reach the incredible wonder of the world, Machu Picchu, known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Once in the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will have a guided tour to visit the main venues of the city including the main plaza, the circular tower, the sacred solar clock, the royal quarters, the temple of the three windows and the cemeteries. The tour will last for more than two hours. At the end of the tour, you will be given free time to stroll around the citadel and visit Machu Picchu on your own.
