Highlights of Costa Rica was an excellent trip, it packed in many sites and activities. I was a little apprehensive about the float trip but it was slow and gentle and allowed us to get a unique view from the river. The guide was excellent and pointed out lots of aniand birds. The rain and cloud forests didn't disappoint and I thoroughly enjoyed the fast paced trip.

It's the first time I've done a National Geographic tour and the accommodation was at the next level compared to classic tours.
Lunch on the salt flats was awesome, table, chairs, food and wine. Followed by sparkling cider for tea with snacks....G never fails to surprise me by taking it up the next level.

The Journey to Macchu Picchu with National Geographic and G Adventures was so much more than I bargained for. As our guide would say "The point is this, my friends"... and the day begins. This was one of the best experience I have had. Our guide - Gary - made sure we were on schedule on the trek. He explained to us all the pros and cons and how to get the most out of the Inca Trail. The porters were great. The chef - Julio - made the best camp meals for vegetarians.
The scenery is breathtaking. Yes it may seem long and a lot of walking but its worth it. The team made the whole journey worthwhile - from booking to the end. Rosmel - our booking contact kept us informed all the time.
Don't hesitate, just do it. Great guide, chef and company.

Really nice experience, I saw a lot things and had many highlights. It was a pitty that our first CEO was not that good and caused some negative vibes in the group. The Lares Trek was cool and no problem at all for me regarding the hike but some people should have not be on the trek because they struggled really hard and we needed to wait really long for them.
