I cannot think of one thing the whole trip was fantastic or tour guide Michela , was so fantastic. You truly felt that you were family. She explained everything told us what we expect ahead of time took care of everyone’s needs and still made it so much fun a bunch of us were in our 70s and upper 70s and did not feel that we couldn’t keep up with the tour because it was done so well I think one of the best vacations that we ever took
Allow your senses to be enraptured by the breathtaking sceneries that unfold before you. From the rugged coastline to the serene countryside, Sicily's beauty knows no bounds. Indulge your palate with an array of traditional delicacies, each bite a tribute to Sicily's distinctive culinary heritage. From mouthwatering street food to sumptuous feasts, every meal will be a culinary adventure in itself. Traverse picturesque hill towns and UNESCO-listed cities, each one a living testament to the diverse ancient works of art and archaeological wonders that have shaped this island's history
This tour is fantastic as a history lesson on Sicily and how it has struggled to maintain a self of identity while being dominated by so many different cultures. I loved the sights that we saw on the different parts of the island - the Greek, Norman, Roman architecture all blending together is stunning!!
I wish I had really thought through the driving times that are listed on the itinerary. Being on a full tour bus for 3-4 hours many times as we drove from one part of the island to another, was uncomfortable. Coupled with long travel days at the beginning/ending of the trip, my back and leg muscles were very cramped up.
Collette does a great job of finding EXCELLENT local experts, each person was well informed and also able to interact with large groups. Our tour manager was fun, knowledgeable, and handled all of our logistics seamlessly! Kudos to Christian !!
This trip was our 2nd tour with Collette and we are planning on using their program again when we set up our next adventure!

Christina organized a fantastic first class itinerary for a 28 day tour of Italy by my wife and me. She was very personable and generous with her time and very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. The trip included incredible private tours with top notch guides and smooth transfers all the way. Any minor glitches were handled promptly and professionally. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
