Hotel in Rome was not good,room was good but the service was hopeless.when asked for a blanket they said they will send but after an hour still no one showed up and when we called second time they just cut the phone.it is not worth to say 4 star at all.
The staffs were not at all professional and lacked of English language.But I would say trip was enjoyable.
Traveling with G was a great experience! Perfect mix of guided experiences and free time. Really nice to be able to have Grace to ask about food options or things to do!

Overall it was a great vacation. The tour leader (Matt) was professional, knowledgeable and funny. The coach driver (Alex) was great too. They worked well together and gave a constant calm feeling to our group. Our leaders had a few obstacles to overcome and they handled them without us ever needed to worry. A few suggestions from Matt made our trip even better. We ate with different people each night, we rotated seats and made friends for a life time. Life changing experience.

The trip was good but a few things need to be addressed - the hotels were not very good - wallpapers were peeling, carpets were very dirty and torn and the breakfast was not good. The bus rivers were great but the seats were too close to each other - my tall sons did not have enough legroom. The guides were wonderful and helpful Next time we would like to not be put together with another group that speaks a different language.
Very good itenerary. However, Jthat Indus would subcontract out the tour in Italy to Europamondo we would definitely not have booked this tour. While the itinerary was perfect it was incredibly annoying to have 2 tour guides giving the same explanations of the different locations we were visiting on the bus rides in 2 languages so Europamondo can save money One speaking in English and one repeating the same explanation in Spanish. We had to listen to this for 14 days At times what seemed as long as 15 to 20 minutes each speech. We personally, were actually asked to keep our voices down during the Spanish explanations yet the Spanish speaking people who complained behind us would talk during the English explanations.

Just so you know we are retired and travel internationally extensively on tours every month. We have never had this bilingual experience from any other tour company trafalgar, friendly planet, gate1, Fleetway, Tauck, etc. We are not inexperienced travelers.
I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.
