Wonderful trip. Loved the culture and the food. A nice mix of cathedrals and castles and monasteries. Sintra was excellent and loved the Cork Farm tour and also the winery. Hotel accommodations were nicely picked as well. The only thing I was not expecting was the 2 days that we were left on our own to go back to the hotel due to extra activities that we did not participate. Other than that, all great experience!
