I liked this tour because of how indepth it was and the amount of historical sites we visited. The bus tour guides where very informatative about each place we visited and where very well organised, also i also liked the amount of local tour guides that where used.
We enjoyed the Morocco part the best because the 18 of us English tour had our own bus and tour guide. Ayoub was by far the best guide ever.
Even though we booked an English speaking tour, the fact that the majority of Europamundo clients are Spanish speaking. We were lumped together with the Spanish speakers in Spain and Portugal where we were the minority. The guides speaking in their native language tend to talk more and when they had to speak in English it is not so fluent and with an accent.
The hotels tend to be away from the city center with some in the middle of nowhere. I must say even though the itinerary include Porto, we never really being there. We were taken to Gaia and saw Porto across the river and we stayed in a hotel in Gaia which is the worst hotel in the tour. No cups, glasses or even a paper cup in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get their tiny paper cups.
Overall Europamundo did a good job.

I enjoyed very much the Morocco part of the tour mainly because of the very caring and honest tour guide, Karim. He is the best. He took of me very well. All the major cities and tourist spots were covered in the tour. I have recommended him to my travel agency, in case anyone wants to visit Morocco.
The Spain part was ok but guides were speaking in Spanish more than English, so it was a bit difficult to understand. Also, when they drop us off for free time, they do not explain what are the things to see in the area. We have to figure out ourselves.
The time in each place is short and we are always rushing for time. Time spent in the bus seems longer than time spent out of the bus.
But they did cover major sites but most of these places were offered as panaromic view. What would have been better is, if at least one major attraction in each city, we can enter the place and see and experience it. For eg, Real Alcazar in Sevilla - there were no tickets purchased for us and we did not get to see inside.
What I liked most about the tour was the visit to Seville because on our 2017 tour I had been sick and we could not enjoy this visit on that occasion, I also liked the visit to Porto and Santiago de Compostela.
