Your Peruvian Adventure begins and ends in Lima, fondly known as the 'City of Kings'. Leaving Lima behind, you arrive in Cusco for an acclimatisation walk around the city with your guide. From here, you embark on your exploration of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, stopping at Maras Salt Ponds and some of the most scenic viewpoints in the valley. A unique culinary experience awaits at Piuray Lake where locals prepare their traditional Peruvian dish, Pachamanca, for you to enjoy.
You soon begin your trek to Machu Picchu, admiring spectacular views of the Urubamba River Valley as you ascend to the fascinating archaeological complex. Return to Cusco where your guide takes you on an exciting city tour, visiting the huge Inca Ceremonial Centre of Sacsayhuaman and other intriguing Inca sites.
