It was a trip of a lifetime for me , i enjoyed it so much, all the people on the coach were very nice including Nathen the director and Stu the driver i was treated like family, and we learnt such a lot about the diffrent places that we went through, and the plane trip was outof thisworld seeing all that snow on top of the alps. AAT is an excellent tour company, I would rate them highly. They look after their customers very well, are helpful and attentive. The tour guide Margaret was wonderful as was the bus driver. Margaret was very informative and helpful and had so much knowledge to share. The accommodation was always good. I liked the interaction AAT Kings provided with the two dinners together (very special) with all the people on the tour on 2 separate evenings, the delicious breakfast meals we had and the welcome drink on arrival was very special and a nice personal touch for us all. The small free gift was a special touch. I love the colour of the bag. It'll be very useful. Thank you. From two previous tour companies overseas that I've travelled with in the past and also AAT Kings in Australia, I'd honestly have to say, AAT Kings was head and shoulders above the others. Such impeccable service. It would be hard to beat. All my friends and family raved about the scenery on the journey and the places we visited. Excellent guide and driver, Nathan kept us informed with any points of interest as we travelled around both north and south islands. Stu showed his driving skills so many times in tight spots on the highway as well as some of the hotel locations. This was our first coach trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Top class hotels. Only the Christchurch hotel did not have a freezer section in the fridge - which meant the ice packs for my insulin could not be frozen. The staff in all the hotels were excellent and professional. The meals were well presented and tasty. The rooms presented beautifully. Interesting views too.

We had a wonderful time on tour with Santo our tour director and Pete our driver who both took extra care of my elderly parents who had mobility issues The places we went to were amazing and the meals provided excellent.
