For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.

All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession. As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.

Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me And my husband. It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed
