This comprehensive 6-day journey through Jordan offers a captivating blend of ancient history, stunning natural landscapes, and unique cultural experiences. Beginning in the bustling capital, Amman, the tour quickly delves into the past with a visit to the remarkably preserved Roman city of Jerash. Back in Amman, you'll explore key historical sites like the Citadel and Roman Theatre before sampling local flavours during a street food tasting and visiting the sustainability-focused Wild Jordan Centre in the evening.
The adventure continues south along the scenic King's Highway, a route steeped in history, with stops to admire the famous mosaic map in Madaba and take in the panoramic views from Mount Nebo. You'll also explore the impressive Crusader fortress of Shobak Castle before arriving at the gateway to Petra. Here, you have the option to experience the magic of Petra by Night or participate in a hands-on Jordanian cooking class before your full exploration of the 'Rose Red City'.
The following day is dedicated entirely to the wonders of Petra. After a guided tour through the dramatic Siq canyon revealing the iconic Treasury, you'll have ample free time to discover the Monastery, Royal Tombs, and other marvels at your own pace. In the afternoon, the tour transitions to the dramatic desert landscapes of Wadi Rum for an unforgettable overnight stay in a traditional Bedouin camp under the stars, complete with a jeep safari and options for camel rides, hot air ballooning, or even an astronomy session. The final leg takes you from the desert sands to the lowest point on Earth, the Dead Sea, for an overnight stay. You'll have plenty of time to experience the unique buoyancy of the salty waters, indulge in spa treatments, or perhaps embark on an optional trek through the water-filled canyons of Wadi Mujib before your departure on day six.
The standard tour price is based on comfortable 3 to 4-star hotels, however, an upgrade to superior grade hotels is also available, which enhances the accommodation used in Amman, Petra and the Dead Sea while the unique stay in Wadi Rum remains consistent across both options.

I’ll admit I thought this trip would be all malls and skyscrapers but I was pleasantly surprised. There’s so much more to the UAE than just glitz. The contrast between Dubai’s cutting-edge architecture and Abu Dhabi’s quieter, more traditional vibe really stood out. One moment we were staring up at the Burj Khalifa and the next we were soaking in the peaceful beauty of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
One of my favorite experiences was the Dhow dinner cruise in Dubai. Watching the city lights reflect on the water while enjoying dinner and live music made for a really memorable evening. The tour itself was very well organized. From airport pickup to hotel check-ins and day tours everything ran smoothly. Our guide Afran was friendly and informative, sharing local insights that made each stop more meaningful. My only regret is not booking an extra day at the end to slow down and take it all in.

This is our signature Jordan small-group tour, mixing the classic sites of Jerash and Petra with more active hikes in Petra and Wadi Mujib, a Wadi Rum jeep safari and Bedouin experience, a Dead Sea swim, Red Sea visit and much more!
We start by heading out of Amman to discover the northern city of As-Salt where we'll take a walking tour along the Harmony Trail, a local initiative demonstrating the friendship between the local Muslim and Christian populations. We'll then return to the capital city, Amman to explore downtown, including the Citadel and Roman Theatre. We'll also sample some local cuisine with a food tasting experience.
As we begin our journey to the south of the country, we'll make a stop at the Dana Biosphere Reserve, where a short hike takes us around the restored Dana Village in the Dana Biosphere Reserve, Jordan's largest nature reserve. You'll then have some free time in Aqaba to relax, explore the reefs or even take a morning boat trip.
Leaving the coast behind, we turn our focus towards the desert, as we head to the beautiful scenery of Wadi Rum where we'll spend the night in a comfortable Bedouin camp against the towering cliffs. The next morning we take a jeep safari through the sand dunes and past amazing rock bridges before spending some time with a local Bedouin shepherd, learning about their nomadic way of life and how they look after their animals in the desert.
Our next stop is the jewel in Jordans crown, the 'lost' Nabataean City of Petra, which we reach via the lesser known back-route hike. Before embarking on our hike into Petra, we'll explore the small but equally interesting site of Little Petra, or Siq al-Barid. From here we'll take a short jeep ride to the start of the mountail trail which links Little Petra to the Monastery and main site of Petra. The back-route into Petra makes for an interesting and much less crowded way of visiting, and what's more, you'll be rewarded with incredible mountain views towards the Holy Land. Whilst hiking the back-route you'll still have the opportunity to see all of the same monuments visited on the normal route, with the addition of Little Petra and the Monastery.
Time for another change of scenery as we drive along the scenic Dead Sea road this morning, you'll have some great views of the salt-flats at the Southern end of the Dead Sea. Our first stop of the day will be Wadi Mujib, where you'll have a day of adventure, hiking through water, a climbing up small waterfalls, along the famous Siq Trail. After a day of activities, we'll make our way down to our resort right on the banks of the Dead Sea, where you have some free time to swim - or rather float - in its incredibly salty waters and to relax by the hotel pool. Don't forget a newspaper or magazine for your iconic Dead Sea photo!
On our final day of sightseeing, we'll visit the Roman mosaics at Madaba, the amazing views towards Jericho and Israel from Mt. Nebo follow and the amazing Roman site of Jerash, one of the very best preserved in the whole of the Middle East.

From the moment I contacted the tour operator, I felt at ease. Their staff responded promptly, demonstrating deep knowledge and genuine passion for every historical site. Our itinerary included Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and more—each destination exceeded my expectations. The guide was engaging, patient, and fluent in both English and Arabic; they shared stories of ancient Nabateans, Ottoman heritage, and Bedouin tradition in a way that made me feel connected, not just like a tourist. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well‑chosen; meals were authentic Jordanian cuisine, often family‑run restaurants with warm hospitality. Transportation was safe and comfortable, with thoughtful rest stops. The pace was balanced—neither rushed nor sluggish—allowing moments to reflect, take photos, or simply breathe in the beauty. I appreciated their flexibility too: a detour to a local market was welcomed, even though not in the original plan. Overall, the tour operator provided a trip that felt personal, insightful, and deeply moving. I returned home with richer understanding, many fond memories, and a desire to return someday.
Join this incredible 3-day Christian tour of Jerusalem and see iconic landmarks and sites where biblical events unfolded. On your 3-day tour, you’ll be accompanied by a fully licensed tour guide and enjoy 2-nights of bed and breakfast accommodation. Get a breathtaking panoramic view across the rooftops of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives. Walk along the cobbled streets of Jerusalem’s Old City. Among the highlights of this tour are several Stations of the Cross, the Holy Sepulcher Church, and the Garden of Gethsemane. In addition, you’ll visit Bethlehem’s Manger Square and the Church of Nativity which marks the place where Christ was born.
Located in the Judaean Mountains, with the Mediterranean on the one side and the Dead Sea on the other, Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world and holds a special significance for the followers of three major Abrahamic faiths: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Join us on this ten-hour, guided tour to see the major highlights of this city. Meet your private tour guide at your hotel or accommodation in the city and get into our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. As you stand above the Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives, you will see the Old City; the Temple Mount, where once stood Solomon’s Temple that was destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BCE; and the Second Temple, destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE. Below you is the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations and the Kidron Valley with its ancient Jewish burial tombs.
Entering into the Old City via the Zion Gate, you will pass through the Armenian Quarter en route to the Jewish Quarter and the 1500-year-old Byzantine Cardo. Partially destroyed and unused during the Muslim conquest, this thoroughfare briefly had a new lease of life during the Crusade period.
Stop at Kotel, the Western Wall where Jews have prayed since the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE. Built by King Herod, the wall enclosed the Temple Mount area. The Via Dolorosa, also known as the Way of the Cross, is the route many pilgrims follow on their way to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which was built on the site of Jesus’ crucifixion and his burial tomb. Although the Byzantine church was partially destroyed during Persian and Muslim conquests, the rebuilt and redesigned Crusader Church preserves much of the earlier church.
Exit the Old City via the market and Jaffa Gate for a short tour of the new city. A visit to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum, reveals artefacts and photographs documenting the discrimination, persecution and finally the annihilation of Jewish communities across Europe. It also honours those righteous among the nations who risked their lives while trying to save Jews.
Please note that entrance fees to the highlights are not included in the tour price. You can book this trip in different languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Russian. Please select the language you want to book the trip in on clicking the 'Check Availability' button on the top right of this page. We will drop you back at your accommodation in Jerusalem after this trip is over.
