We got 2 black points in this tour 1. The punctuality was not exactly the strong point, the situation was more in Paris with a group of Indu, every si god day morning and afternoon, we were late 30 minutes other day 1 hour, the rest of the group have to wait and we missed time to visit other things only because we have to wait for them. I think the guy was not enough strong with them. 2. The minibus used to bring us from Zurich to Milan and from Milan to Pisa, it was very very uncomfortable, we did not fix in the chair, it was the worst transportation, imagine how was the situation that me and my group decided no continue the tour because we dont want to travel another 6 hours to Roma in that minicar. I never received the information that we were traveling in a very small and bad car.

The hotels and location was quite good....some optionals did not take off, due to want of numbers. In such case, it would have better if the agency can provide skip the line tickets and the ones interested do it on their own, without guide or transfers.....it was too late for us to purchase the entry to the royal palace in madrid and sagradia familia

We had a fantastic week in Catalonia! The hotels in Salou, Lleida, and Barcelona were awesome (especially the Parador in Lleida), but not the hotel in Lloret de Maret (Guitart Gold Central Park). It was a low-quality food and accommodations hotel mostly directly to Senior citizens, not to mention the terrible customer service we experienced. The itinerary could improve: the Barcelona day should be placed either at the beginning or the end of the tour, and the Costa Brava day could include little beautiful towns such as Tossa de Mar and Tiramiu (as we did). Overall it was a GREAT way to experience and get to know Catalonia outside of Barcelona.

Easy communication! The hotel is excellent and location is city centre and safe, so I just walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. The tour meet up location is also few minutes walk only! Don�t miss the Royal Palace. Is a must to see it and only steps away. I�m very happy with this trip and highly recommended to add to your itinerary especially for someone who is doing solo travel like me and concerned about safety.
