Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional. Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.

Think some hotels like the AC Marriot and Hotel Santemar had rather bad wifi. Tryp Zaragoza breakfast restaurant was more like a makeshift communal hall. Rachel and Isabel were fantastic. Despite being stressed by such a large group, things went smoothly. Kudos to them. Local guide in Zaragoza and Barcelona were exceptional

We did the 12 day Italian Delights tour. To say it was spectacular is an understatement. We saw Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Assisi, Tuscany, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Lake Garda, Chinqueterra. It was incredible. Our tour guide, Martina, was so knowledgeable and fun. Our driver Dino was great. The hotels we stayed at were amazing. It was a great way to see a lot in a little time.

Great planning and wonderful sites that they selected to visit. Hotels were superb, so much above our expectations, always clean and super comfortable for restful sleep. We had excellent breakfast every morning, we could not have enough of the fresh food that was always provided in each hotel. Our tour guide Rafael was so knowledgeable and very friendly and down to earth. He always had practical advice about each place we went to explore, had amazing attitude - always in optimistic mood even when he had to go back and look for the lost people. We had fantastic trip, will definitely go again and recommend to friends and family.
