A day or two later you will be there, walking across the Cañadas del Teide, a massive crater of 16km diameter to arrive at the unrivalled Parador Las Cañadas del Teide, your overnight stop (2200m).
Mount Teide is Spain's highest mountain and the third tallest volcano in the world. Tenerife is the highest island in the Atlantic and is the largest of the Canary Islands at 1275 square miles, 2053 km2. Walking on North Tenerife is hugely varied and our aim is to show you as much as possible. After the Cañadas del Teide adventure, you explore the north west of the island with its own mountain range, the Teno and views across the sea to the island of La Gomera and down the cliffs to the impossibly located village of Masca. Finally, there is a walk in the rugged Anaga Peninsula - its top is covered in dripping ancient 'laurisilva' woodland. Descending past fertile cultivated fields, tiny villages, then dry cactus strewn valleys, you'll reach the rocky coast of this stunning Canary Island.

Begin your cycling journey from Lake Garda, riding along the beautiful 'Ciclopista del Sole' past the glistening lake shore and Mincio river. A relaxing ride brings you to Franciacorta, a land of excellent local wines where the nearby Benedictine abbey stands proud amongst the castles of Passirano and Clusane. The second Italian lake you reach is the much smaller Lake Iseo, known for its abundance of water birds within this protected area. Following the Oglio river from Lake Iseo takes you through the medieval old town of Montello, before reaching Bergamo. A pearl of Northern Italy, you'll have the afternoon to explore both the lower and upper towns of Bergamo, accessible by funicular.
You'll soon reach the blue shores of Lake Lecco, a branch of Lake Como, where you ride along the green cycle path of the Adda. Pass by the small lakes of Annone, Pusiano, & Alserio, before arriving in the centre of Como and of course its famous lake.
Your last day takes you across the border into Switzerland, along the Monate lake with opportunities to swim in in the clear waters. Finally, you arrive in Ispra on Lake Maggiore with spectacular views all around. We recently completed this tour, and it was an absolutely mesmerizing experience. From the moment we left Marrakech, we were taken on a journey through some of Morocco's most stunning landscapes, including the majestic High Atlas Mountains, the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, and the vast, serene dunes of Erg Chigaga. The drive was long but scenic, and every stop offered a chance to appreciate Morocco’s history and natural beauty, from ancient kasbahs to lush oases. Spending the night in the desert under a blanket of stars was a highlight—our camp was luxurious, with comfortable beds and an authentic Moroccan ambiance. Riding camels across the dunes at sunset was an unforgettable experience.
A huge part of what made this tour so special was our driver, Hakim. He was not only an excellent driver but also a fantastic guide, sharing his extensive knowledge of Morocco’s history, culture, and geography. Hakim made us feel safe and well-cared for throughout the entire journey, and his friendly demeanor and sense of humor added a personal touch to the trip. His expert driving skills ensured a smooth and comfortable ride, even on the rough desert roads, and he was always ready to make stops for photo opportunities or interesting landmarks. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the Sahara in style.

No words could describe and explain how incredibly and amazingly Omar is. He is superb in organizing our private tour in Malta and Sicily. He went beyond my expectations. He made all possible the things I requested. He tailored our tour with different tour guides and drivers everyday, who were all friendly and professionals in their respective chosen profession. I was really fortunate that I booked our trip with the agency. The places we visited were full of history, surrounded with centuries old buildings and fortified walls everywhere in Malta, the country seems the world’s oldest. Our day trip in Sicily is just a wink of an eye. We just drove around, like a hop on and hop off touring style. It should’ve been better if we stayed a day or two.
