This is our fourth tour with Europamundo and our tour guides were the best that we’ve ever have. We started the tour with Ouma our English speaking guide in the same bus with Ayoub the Spanish speaking guide and we felt very lucky to have them both (we’re fully bilingual). She was very well prepared and kind to us and the other English speaking couple, she spoke very clear and explained everything very well, to our luck our bus was packed with Latin American tourists mostly from Argentina, Uruguay and Peru, Ayoub the Spanish speaking guide was helpful, patient and very informative, the guy was hilarious!! He explained with plenty of detail and answered all the questions since latinos love to ask questions on every topic. He made the long drives and the whole circuit very pleasant with lots of interesting information. The last 2 guides Aoyub our English speaking guide was very kind, knowledgeable and informative always ready to help. Khalid the other Spanish speaking guide also very well informed, helpful, and very funny. It was an excellent trip, kudos to our guides!!!Thank you for making our vacation very enjoyable and for your hard work and service. You are the real “Ambassadors” of your country. I cannot think of one thing the whole trip was fantastic or tour guide Michela , was so fantastic. You truly felt that you were family. She explained everything told us what we expect ahead of time took care of everyone’s needs and still made it so much fun a bunch of us were in our 70s and upper 70s and did not feel that we couldn’t keep up with the tour because it was done so well I think one of the best vacations that we ever took

The only sad experience was Monserat monastery was cancelled due to Easter weekend where it was closed....one of my to do lists...uuurgh Otherwise, it was well organised... event though we were with the South American group, our tour guide Ivan who is multi lingual was really good ..he imparts knowledge of the sites historically. We have enjoyed the tour very much...met new connections with the South American group .. we would go again with Europamundo for sure. At first we were a bit worried about the arrangements etc ..but it turned out great Even though some days the bus ride was long, we do have time to see places, eat, shop etc...well organised

Tour guides were great: Juliana, Pedro R. and Javier. Knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. The hotels were very good hotels, attractive, clean and comfortable. All except for one had very good breakfast buffets. Buses were clean and comfortable and the bus drivers were excellent. The itineraries were very varied and seemed to hit the highlights of the places we went though I personally would be happy with seeing less churches.
