In general terms the trip was very good. It would have been perfect if the following would have not occurred suggestion for improvements:
1 The Hotel in Rouen Kyriad was very poor, I would give it 1 star. Courts in in the room were broken, the cabinet had only 1 door and hanging from the hinges, etc.
2 The Tour had a noticeable decline in quality from Prague and the last leg. 2 optional short that I had paid in advance were cancelled Vienna Opera and the Palace Tours and the tour leader didn’t even try to sell or raise awareness of these optional stuff within the group.

It’s a very fast paced tour of some incredible cities, and the CEOs did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that we had the best time. Diana and Filip are two of the most amazing, kind, caring, considerate and knowledgable people I’ve ever met. They are good eggs! They made this trip so so so much better! They’re a real credit to the company. I shall be booking more g adventure tours because they made the experience so enjoyable!

Generally, the itinerary was acceptable despite the very hectic schedule and short span of time. What we realized later is that we could have added few more days at some major cities so we could have explored more and see more of the sights. As it is, we hardly had time to enjoy these beautiful places like Paris, Lyon, Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, Rome, Florence, enice, Salzburg Vienna. Such a waste we didnt see more of these places. We had a total of 5 Europmundo tour guides some local guides. Of the 5 Europamundo tour guides, our group of 4: Daphne Beverly Yu, Abigail Joy Ho-Ong I, Mary Jocelyn Ho, commend applaud Guide John. He gave us the most comprehensive helpful information about each place we visited. Next is Sofia. Very pleasing personality, charming helpful too. Our last 2 guides were Mustafa Jose. Mustafa doesnt say much, most of the time just telling us to sleep rest, instead of sharing some info history about each place or the important structures we pass by. Personally, i do believe vacation time is also learning time. We want to know about the history, culture, of each city. The guides are supposed to share these facts. The last guide Jose was with us only for 2 days. I only have this to say about Jose: he speaks English well.
