Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.

The coach from Cappedocia to Softabolu and back to Istanbul is fine for local site seeing. However it is small, crammed up space, so much lateral movement as it is small. Not fit for long distances of 650-700km.
However the coach from Istanbul to Cappedocia was good and enjoyable. Abdul Hakam conducted the tour in a professional manner and he is knowledgeable too.
I absolutely loved this tour and how much I learned! I cannot pick one moment as there were so many incredible moments on this trip! From seeing the sites in Rome to the coast of Amalfi, I loved seeing every second of it. Thank you Collette!
The trip was a very enjoyable one and we were well attended to by your guides Pablo and Maria, both explained things very well and ensured our needs were met. We spent most of the time with Maria and She was super as she knew a whole LOT and in the rare chance she did not know an answer to a question she was great at letting you know shed find out and actually finding the answer and getting back to us. She was a huge part of the comfort we had with this trip. Too, the dear lady lost a close family member but remained with us at a time that could have been very hard for someone to do their job, I felt she went above and beyond what I expected.
Everything is best provided and so transparent. Highly recommended for tension free travel. Great kudos to Veronica and Anna for their hospitality and guidance.
The cities themselves is what we enjoyed the most. After this, the tour guide Gabby made the trip 100 enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, very good coordinating people and super friendly at all times. Trip met our expectations as far as itinerary and places we visited. Hotels in general were ok except for Florence and Venetia, these were a not very good experience in terms of cleanliness and service. Switzerland hotel and service was outstanding.
