The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and cozy. Some in our group didn't love the hotels, but I found them quite comfortable. The transport vehicles were new and comfortable as well. The tour was so meticulously planned.Camile was an incredibly professional and warm guide, and Pierre was a careful driver.

We just got back from an amazing trip to Turkey, THANKS to our tour guide Murat Erogul who has been one of the best. The trip was more than expected thanks a million to Murat the Tour Guide. He led us through the various sites , his leadership , extensive knowledge of the country, history, his wisdom. He is also extremely professional, engaging, yet humble and extremely helpful to us and the whole group. One specific incident that we personally experienced which Murat promptly and efficiently coordinated during the trip was loss of my cell phone at the Atatic museum of Ataturkin Ankara. I received a message from my son in. Canada through what’s up that my cell phone was left at the security desk , I was extremely impressed by the security guard. I immediately advised Murat of the situation and he immediately coordinated through Mrs Ayla the other guide and Europamundo Operations Halil Yigit who both were extremely helpful and efficiently coordinated the drop off and pick up of my cell phone the very next day I received it. Kudos to all. I would like thank Europamundo team and Murat and will be definitely highly recommend to many friends and family. We saw a lot of Sapin which was what we wanted. The itinerary was great. However, it was a bit rushed and a lot more walking then indicated. The coach was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, nice big window as long as you were not seated by a partition of the windows. The hotels were for the most part very nice. The hotel in Valencia was terrible.

Overall, it was an enjoyable trip. Hotels were good, included meals were largely satisfactory, and two of the tour guides - Emmanuel Vinci and Esperanza - provided excellent service in terms of providing relevant information and keeping the group entertained with their informative and humorous style of explanation. However,I felt that some stops could be excluded and time given at some stops Carcassone and Arles should be reduced. Europamundo tours are excellent value for money and the arrival transfer included us a big plus in favour of the tour company.
