All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.

Our guide, Hossam, was a true gem patient, funny, and deeply passionate about his country’s history. He took care of us like family, and we never once felt like "just another group."
The Nile cruise was elegant and peaceful, with attentive staff and outstanding food. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the hospitality was unmatched.
Even logistics like internal flights, transfers, and hotel check-ins were handled smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

Was a good tour all things considered with the weather being so stormy. Hotels were great, breakfasts were super.
It would be better if the tour groups size was smaller and the buses were smaller and filled with only one language group.
One of the male guides told off colour jokes in Portuguese, not appropriate in mixed groups.
For the parts of the tour that were cancelled due to bad weather, we were not offered a small refund or other option to do.
Hotels should not be outside of the towns as food choices for supper were very limited at least 4 times.
Herin was to book an extra night in Madrid for us and did not. He quoted a much higher price than the hotel gave us.

Alberto Gueco and I, Mary Ann Gueco, were both pleased with the tour. The tour coordinators, Aman, Margaux, Julianna, and Gildo, were exceptional. The drivers exhibited great confidence and were well aware of their routes; their driving was outstanding.

Aman was remarkable! He strives to meet the needs of every single passenger on the bus. He offers clear and detailed information to customers and assists them in every possible way. He ensures that everyone receives all necessary information. We hold him in high regard. The same can be said for Margaux, Isabelle, and Julianna.
Alberto, Mary Ann Gueco and Mabel Halili had a great time and enjoyed our group tour with Europamundo.

This is really not a tour for English speaking tourists. We were the only ones on our bus. Maria was great at making sure we felt comfortable and know the history about the places we went. I didn’t like that we were bounced around from bus to bus and a different group everyday. Since we were the only ones that spoke English other than the guide, we didn’t really speak to anyone and make any friends. I felt like some of the stops could have been longer. We would stop at a cute village for 45 minutes and 15 of that would be standing in line for the restrooms with everyone else on the bus. Overall we were happy with the tour. Maria is the best and if she could have been with us the whole time it would have been better. I would recommend this if you speak good Spanish so that you could communicate with other travelers.
Overall, it was an enjoyable trip. Hotels were good, included meals were largely satisfactory, and two of the tour guides - Emmanuel Vinci and Esperanza - provided excellent service in terms of providing relevant information and keeping the group entertained with their informative and humorous style of explanation. However,I felt that some stops could be excluded and time given at some stops Carcassone and Arles should be reduced. Europamundo tours are excellent value for money and the arrival transfer included us a big plus in favour of the tour company.
Such a bucket list trip!!! I’ve always wanted to travel to morocco and this was the perfect way to do it! The girls were amazing as well as Khalid our trip guide. I will never forget this trip and the memories I’ve made!!
