Wonderful trip with our guide Lisa. The itinerary was good, but many long bus rides-which is necessary to cover mainland Greece and get in as much as we did in 7 full days. Would have loved to have an overnight stay in Nafplio. Enjoyed staying in hotels within walking distance to the towns-made it really easy to just go during free times. The dinner buffets at the hotels were not my favorite but understand why since a couple nights we were getting into the hotels late due to traveling. Kalabaka and Meteora were a highlight for me. The Olive Farm and Cooking night were wonderful. Both the Santorini and Mykonos stays were wonderful. The optional catamaran excursion on Santorini was great.

An excellent experience all around. The small tour group combined with active tours was a great fit for us. Our tour manager, Apollonia (Flo) was very knowledgeable and attentive. The activities and impact events were well planned and unique. We really felt like we were getting a great taste of the regions. Our tour group gelled quickly and easily and was just the right size. Our driver was also excellent. The pace of the tour was just right for us with ample opportunity for exploring on our own and in small groups and being together as a whole tour. Instead of staying in hectic tourist areas such as Amalfi, we lodged in nearby quaint towns and drove or took boat shuttles into those busy areas for day trips. I especially liked Matera, Pompeii, and the towns along he Aegean sea. So beautiful and full of interesting history.
A great way to experience Croatia. However, we feel that some of the optional experiences should be INCLUDED (specifically the lunch at the family-owned winery) and a little more time spent in the STON area would have been nice.

This was our first group travel experience ever and we were delighted by how easy and fun it was. We are definitely sold on GAdventures as a company and plan on using them in the future and telling our friends and family about them. Tour was wonderful. Enjoyed the evening of local folk dancing, pastry making and demo of clay making. The museums were excellent. I also enjoyed the sail boat ride to several Greek Islands. The only negative was the hotel in Naxos. Moldy bathroom and too far from town. Tour manager was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of showing us all aspect of Greece.
