This was a fantastic trip - we were extremely lucky with the weather which was perfect for the entire trip and most unusual for the region. There are a lot of 'extras' on this trip but all are very worthwhile - I particularly enjoyed the trip to see the Penguins and the walk to the base of the Torres del Paine. We had an exceptional guide whose attention to detail and care for all our needs, ensured we had the very best experience we could. One negative - the accommodation in Buenos Aires was poor compared to the rest.

Top notch service from this company which I chose for our Argentina trip because they're based in Buenos Aires and have a focus on South America. Clara Gonzalez crafted an experience perfectly in line with our request and did so quickly and accurately. Antonella Pascarelli provided us with the expert support we needed before and during the trip. She informed us of needed documentation, answered detailed questions about hotels and restaurants, handled all hotel stays accurately and made dinner reservations at our choice of restaurants. Land transfers were crucial to our moving about the country and the app included necessary information about that. The guides (Diana in Buenos Aires; Shoam in El Chalten) were both well informed, efficient and personable. I'm glad Antonella knew which companies with whom to work. When we were in country, I received daily emails from Antonella checking in on how things were going and making sure we were on track with the next phase of the trip. I would like to return to South America and I will most certainly try to work with with them.

You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that. We would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in visiting Argentina! We miss Argentina already. Our trip was fantastic and memorable so hopefully we will return soon. There were so many parts of the trip that we loved and appreciated. We liked the fact that we were picked up by someone from the airport when we arrived. Picked up for our trip to Bariloche both ways and picked up from our hotel to go back to EZE. That definitely took some stress off of our trip. Our whole trip went accordingly without any delays or mixups. The team planned everything out and it was perfect for us. Also, we appreciated the restaurant suggestions since we didn't know where good places to eat were. We loved both our hotels. Fierro had wonderful and helpful staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was always delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In Bariloche we stayed at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel and it was very nice. The view from our room was breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the blue skies, lake and mountains in the background. It was amazing. The location was great since it was only a few blocks from the Town Centre. We loved all our excursions because each was different and showed us different aspects of each city. All 3 of our guides were exceptional. We loved Rodrigo's passion for Buenos Aires and showing us the history, the way of life and the beautiful sights. I wish we would've had him show us around another day too. His English was very good so it wasn't difficult listening to him explain the history of the city. In Bariloche we had Karen as our guide. Since she spoke English there was no problem understanding her. When we went to Cerro Campanario I didn't know you had to go on a ski left. I told her i was afraid of heights and not sure if I could do it. She rode with me on the lift and helped me to go up and see the amazing views. I'm so glad she did. I wouldn't have wanted to miss those spectacular views. She also introduced us to mate tea. Rodrigo explained it to us and Karen gave us a taste of it which I'm glad she did since I didn't really like it so I didn't buy any. Karen was a nice, easy going tour guide who was happy to convey her deep knowledge of the Bariloche Big Circuit area. Then we had Nicholas take us on a boat tour of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and eventually wound up on land and trekking a mile to see a beautiful waterfall. The lake views were breathtaking. Nicholas spoke 5 different languages which was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Everything was fantastic and went very smoothly. I just wish we could've spent more time in your beautiful country. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Everybody here asks us why we picked Argentina to visit. After i show them our pictures and talk about our trip they want to visit too someday. You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that. We would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in visiting Argentina!

I would definitely recommend taking the Jungle boat ride. If you don't like getting wet, then forget about it, because you will get trenched! They give each person a bag to keep your personal items dry, such as your cell phone & other valuables. In this regard, the bag is even big enough for some clothing, so you could wear a bathing suit & place the rest of your clothing inside the bag or bring a change of clothes. You could always wear a very lightweight rain coat, but you'll probably still get wet, just not as trenched. Personally, I found getting soaked was quite refreshing & even enhanced the experience. When i arrives to Iguazu the tour was fully booked, but thanks to Say Hueque they found a place for me before I left Iguazu. They have a great service, I highly recommend traveling with them.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional.
