Awesome trip. The app was amazing, it helped a lot! The luggage was waiting for us at the different hotels and the hotel accommodation was amazing and placed close to the town centre's. We loved all the towns we rode through and stopped at. It was a fantastic trip!
Our UTracks tour was amazing. They looked after the luggage, made all the reservations, and ensured our bikes were available, fit, and were in good shape. One of the spokes on my husband’s bike broke and they replaced the bike. We barely skipped a beat. In addition, the maps both electronic and paper ensured we were never lost. We will definitely do another UTracks tour again.
We had a really good experience on the Zaanse Schans tour with Derek and Pieter. The tour operator were very friendly and organised when getting us signed in at the meeting point, the tour bus had decent space and good AC. Derek was very knowledgeable and spoke at a good pace, so we learnt quite a lot on the trip. Our tour was done in English and Spanish (even the Delft factory has Spanish audio guides). There was a lot to see so not much time for photo stops but plenty of toilet breaks throughout.
The main highlights of our excursion included visits to Volendam and Zaanse Schans, both accessible via coach bus. At Volendam we enjoyed the harbour, while Zaanse Schans offered picturesque windmills. Additionally, we enjoyed extra activities such as cheese tasting at a local farm and a visit to the clog museum to witness the art of wooden shoe making at the Zaanse Schans wooden shoe factory. The tour also included a delightful 1-hour Amsterdam Canal Cruise. Throughout the experience, the staff were notably friendly and welcoming, adding to our overall enjoyment.

The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
This trip is perfect if you want to really smash out Europe, safely experience Egypt and if you haven’t travelled much. Yes it is very fast paced and you wont do everything you want to but you do 95% of the main attractions of each place and you have people to share the experiences with. You will 100% make friends on these trips if you solo traveler :)
