Turkey is a country that divides people. Some love it, some don't. Nevertheless, had an amazing time and cannot recommend this tour enough. You might not love their political landscape, but that does not mean you won't love travelling in beautiful Turkey.
Amazing trip with a great bunch of fellow walkers - we all had a great time. Few minor hitches in terms of accommodation - village house needs reviewing as a stop, and final hotel needs refurbishment. Overall a wonderful week in the heat of early September along rocky footpaths in the mountains.

An exquisite cycling holiday which fulfilled all the usual Explore essentials: plenty of variety both in cycling and other activities, beautiful accommodation throughout, rustic village hosts, great food/restaurant selections by the guide Paul, stunning scenery at every turn and plenty of ‘off the beaten track’. Paul has over 2 decades of experience in cycle guiding in Turkey, and it showed in his cycle guiding and knowledge of the language, culture and flora and fauna-I particularly enjoyed his linguistic insights and the visit to the local village mosque. Others in the group who were architecturally inclined enjoyed his love of history too. The bikes couldn’t have been better for the terrain and were very comfortable with plenty of gears. I tend to find Explore holiday bikes are usually not great quality, so this was a pleasant surprise. Turkey has far exceeded our expectations and this has been one of my best ever holidays. If you’re not afraid of a bit of hot weather and undulating terrain and want to get a glimpse into local Turkish life, then I highly recommend you book onto this trip! Nice relaxing trip. Weather was great so we were able to do all the available excursions. The staff on the boat were great and the food was good as well. Only downside was the aircon below deck barely worked but we all were able to sleep comfortably under the starts. Group size is small so it was a very intimate trip. Would reccomend to anyone who wants a relaxing week out at sea as this trip isn’t heavy party vibes.

For someone that lives so close to Turkey I had no idea how vast the land was and how beautiful some of the places are in Turkey. I really enjoyed what a peaceful and gentle culture they have and the love for the animals.

Wow to Turkey. So many things to say. Stunning landscapes, amazing cities, beautiful beaches, delicious meals and soooo much incredible history. Everything is also very affordable even with the very low Australian dollar right now. Best of all is the people, they are all full of personality, jokes and kindness. As a solo female traveler, no one hassled me (although I'm in my 50's) and I never felt unsafe at any time.
